Magnadata launches MAGTOC
Date: 23/12/2010Since being awarded the UK rail contract, Magnadata has been working in conjunction with Alliance Studio to design an online ordering system for train companies to use when ordering tickets.
This system has now gone live and every TOC will be given login details to the site. Any TOC that hasn’t received these details can contact us using our request login details form and a member of our team will be in contact as soon as possible.
MAGTOC allows users to login, view available tickets and place an order on our system. Once the order is placed, the customer will receive an email with their order details along with confirmation of an expected delivery date. Customers can then return and track the progress of their order as well as view previous orders.
